During my years working at Feral Interactive, I helped the company grow from a small business (6 employees) to a medium business (around 60). As well as developing internal tools to help manage the company information, I oversaw the systems administration team during the infrastructure expansion, and was part of the decision process for both hardware purchases (servers, routers, switches) and software purchases (email, wiki, and bug tracking software).
